@Scott Ward , I find AI-generated content can be an excellent starting point, particularly for structure, brainstorming, learning objectives, and generating first drafts. However, in my experience, the best course content still requires significant human input. AI tends to produce content that is generic, occasionally inaccurate, and often lacks the real-world context, stories, and practical experience that make learning meaningful. Human-created content is usually stronger when it comes to judgment, nuance, empathy, and understanding the learner's specific needs. My biggest warning for newbies using AI to build course content is not to assume the output is correct simply because it sounds confident. Course creators should always fact-check content, and check if the material aligns with the needs and skill level of their target audience. Always human-in-the-loop! In short, I see AI as a powerful co-creator rather than a replacement for subject matter expertise, instructional design, and quality assurance.

Hi Scott! Thought I'd share on the Learning side and how AI helped me in building learning experiences faster and more effectively. A Key AI Capability in myAcademy is the AI-Powered Content Generation wherein designers like me, can provide a topic, prompt the audience level, brand, tone, objectives and it generates the following: lesson content, discussion prompts, assessment questions, learning resources and content expansions and summaries. What this means for the designers / users is, this feature can significantly reduce development time, while still allowing to review and refine course materials. End user can benefit too by experiencing targeted learning experience through social learning and scenario-based activities.

Love these! Agree with this statement: Our thinking is that re-engagement doesn't always have to start with webinars, training sessions, or formal programs. Sometimes a simple conversation or fun activity is enough to help people reconnect with the community. Count me in! 💪
