That is such a familiar pattern, Arvin. The urgent task arrives with its own deadline and context, while the important work has to keep defending its place in the day. It is also where AI can become more useful as part of the workday - helping to sort, summarise and assess what has landed before everything automatically jumps to the front of the queue. You may not be the only person wanting an “all of the above” option, Cresini! It seems like Rebekah is facing similar hurdles day to day. Absolutely listening 😊 @Kerrie Smith And welcome to myConnect! There were quite a few bookkeepers from today’s ICB Webinar who joined, so hopefully some others jump in shortly and say hello as well. Feel free to ask questions, share ideas, or even just test things out while you get comfortable around the community — that’s exactly what Ask the Community is for. Also, when you have a moment, it’s worth having a quick read of the Guidelines for this space as they’ll help explain how the different areas of myConnect work and the best places to post different types of questions and discussions.
On I've just started, and want to try asking a question, to see if anyone is listening. Are there any other bookkeepers from the ICB Webinar today here? in Ask the Community · 4 months ago
